An experimental culinary playground is a physical and mental space where students, chefs and teachers experiment with new ideas together with industries, farmers, retailers, governments and individuals. This will lead to new culturally appropriate ways to make the food culture and systems more resilient. Feeding Good believes there are hundreds of unlocked, extraordinary and wild ideas hidden in the minds of the approximately 150 million chefs and cooks in the world. The experimental culinary playgrounds want to detect, unlock, test and scale those ideas as a tool for governments and businesses for change.
